Jakhu Drywall & Construction handles drywall from framing to final finish: boarding, taping and mudding, texture application and matching, ceiling work, and repairs for both new builds and renovations. We work directly with homeowners as well as builders and general contractors.
What drywall services do you offer?
We offer full-service drywall: boarding and hanging, taping and mudding, all standard texture styles, ceiling installation and repair, patch and water-damage repair, and finish levels from basic (Level 3) through smooth Level 5 for critical lighting or high-gloss paint.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, quotes are free with no obligation. For small repairs we can often quote from photos and a short description; larger jobs get an in-person walkthrough so the estimate is accurate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Jakhu Drywall & Construction operates fully licensed and insured, so every project is covered from framing through final finish. We’re happy to provide documentation before work begins on request.

Do you handle new construction and renovations?
Both. We work on new builds alongside builders and general contractors from the framing stage, and we also handle standalone renovation, remodel, and repair projects for homeowners in occupied homes.
Do you work with contractors and builders too?
Yes. We regularly partner with general contractors and builders on new construction and multi-unit projects, working directly to your schedule and site requirements. Trade pricing and recurring-work arrangements are available.
What's the difference between drywall repair and full replacement?
Repair patches localized damage such as holes, cracks, or water stains and blends the area into the existing wall. Full replacement removes and re-boards an entire wall or ceiling, usually needed after major water damage, mold, or a full renovation. We’ll recommend the right option after inspecting the damage.
