Projects we're proud of
Sidney sits at the north end of the Saanich Peninsula, near the airport and the ferries, and we travel down from Nanaimo for coastal home renovations and peninsula new builds. Larger projects are quoted with travel included, up front.
Sidney and the peninsula bring a distinct mix of work. Downtown Sidney and its waterfront are full of condos and downsizer homes where clean, low-dust renovation and repair work matters. Out through North Saanich, rural acreages and custom coastal homes mean full-scope boarding and finishing, often with the vaulted ceilings and big windows that call for critical-light Level 5 finishing.
For homeowners renovating a condo or coastal home, that means tidy, well-managed work and a finish that stands up to bright seaside light. For builders on peninsula custom homes, it means a crew comfortable with detail-heavy finishing and rural site access.
